Westlake Ace Hardware has announced that it’s signed a lease agreement for a new store in Simi Valley. By the time the store opens in fall 2023, it will be their seventh store in southern California. They are also set to open a location in Porter Ranch in the early summer.
The store will be located at 2910 Tapo Canyon Road, which formerly housed Cost Plus World Market. It houses around 16,000 square feet of retail space.
