As part of Weber’s rebuild strategy, they have seen a number of transitions in their executive ranks. According to an SEC filing, they’re having another executive change, this time in the EMEA region.

Hans-Jurgen Herr has agreed to a change in his role and responsibilities and will assume the role of Senior Vice President – Global Brands and Consumer Experience. In this role, effective September 21, 2022, he will lead Weber’s brand council but will not serve on Weber’s senior leadership team. The Board of Directors also determined that he is no longer an “executive officer” as defined in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Prior to the change in roles, Hans-Jurgen Herr was the President Emeritus and Executive Vice President Growth Projects, EMEA, according to Weber’s website. As part of a planned retirement, Hans-Jurgen Herr will depart Weber on September 30, 2023. He’s had a career at Weber that has spanned multiple decades.
