Broil King has now released a new iQue Series, which is an update to their Regal line and their built-in Imperial line. iQue allows your to choose a temperature on the controller and the gas grill will regulate the burners for you to keep that temperature. The controller also interfaces with the Broil King app so you can control your cook remotely from your phone.

Infrared Burners

Another trend that we’ve seen emerging is the inclusion of infrared burners on gas grills. The iQue Series features an infrared side burner that can reach temperatures of 1,700° F. That’s perfect for quickly searing your steak, just like your favorite steakhouse.
