Just like last year, Brisk It is at the Consumer Electronics Expo (CES) showcasing their latest grill technology. This year they’ve unveiled, Zelos-450, their new AI-powered pellet grill that retails for only $399. Along with the Zelo-450 grill, they’re also showcasing Vera 2.0, their new AI technology.

Vera 2.0
Vera that was released last year offered a number of advancements over other pellet grills that just standard recipes on their app. You interacted with Vera with your voice or through typing in a messaging style app where you could do things like ask for a recipe with certain characteristics.
Vera 2.0 is a further step forward by unlocking visualization technology. It can do some really cool things to make cooking even easier. It can do the following, which is unlike any grill app you’ll find.
- Recipe Re-creation: You can share a photo with Vera, and it will try to replicate the dish, and even have some things you can customize
- Ingredient-Inspired Ideas: You can take a picture of ingredients at home or in your cart at the grocery store, and Vera 2.0 will suggest recipe ideas to cook on your grill
Just because it’s AI doesn’t mean it’s complicated to use either. The grill can automate the cooking process from start to finish. If you miss a step or forget to do something, it can also help you recover.
Availability
There isn’t a concrete release date yet for the new Zelos-450 grill from Brisk It, but it will be available in Q1 2025. It will be distributed on their website as well as online at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, and Walmart. If you happen to be at CES this week, stop by booth #51219 to check the new grill out in person.
