Their outdoor cooking section, at the NHS Backyard, continues to grow every year. This year, they’ve added Weber Grilling Classes brought to you by NHS & KCBS.
There are two levels of grilling classes, beginner and advanced that offer different experiences. The classes will be led by Jason Pruitt, Brand Education Manager / Weber Grill Master, and Madeline Rydz, Training Coordinator – Weber.
In addition to the Weber Grilling Classes, the NHS Celebrity Chef Cook Off is back again this year. It’s a fun event where you can watch some of the best at outdoor cooking.
I’ve gone to NHS in the past and highly recommend it to anyone in the outdoor cooking industry. It’s a great place to meet people and experience products first hand from a variety of brands. Plus, many brands are cooking up food in their areas, so it’s just a fun event.
