M Grills Brings Flavor with new B24 and B36 Built-In Charcoal Grills

American made, high-end grill company M Grills just released a pair of new grills to add more flavor to your outdoor kitchen. You can ditch gas for the new B24 and B36 built-in charcoal grills.

The number in the name denotes how big the grill is, with the 36 being the larger of the two. They’re both hand crafted from 10- and 12-gauge 304 stainless steel, so they’re made to last and made for optimal heat retention. They’re also made from American steel in Beatrice, Nebraska.

Air Control

Besides the quality, my favorite thing about the B24 and B36 grills is the ability to control airflow and heat. It adds the ability to cook using multiple different methods.

There is a hand crank on the front of the grill that lets you raise and lower the charcoal basket. This lets you back off the heat or crank it up for some direct heat searing.

You can also easily get a two-zone setup for cooking barbecue. On the bottom of the front of grill there are two adjustable air dampers (three on the B36), and then another two on the lid. This gives you air adjustability for both intake and exhaust. This lets you pull air in on one side, the indirect heat is pulled across your food and exhausted.
