In time for their rumored grill releases, Grilla Grills has released a new app called Alpha Connect 2.0. It’s a full redesign with more features to improve grilling experience. In releasing the app, they also teased a new vertical smoker, the Mammoth – more on that tomorrow when it’s released.
Update 12/20/24: The Grilla Grills Mammoth vertical pellet smoker is released.
In conjunction with a more visually pleasing interface, Alpha Connect 2.0 also has bug fixes and connection updates for less frustration with grilling. Below are some additional features with the app.
- Ability to control multiple grills
- Click between multiple probes to easily cook different proteins
New Vertical Smoker
You’ll notice in the video for the new app, the demo is operating a grill that isn’t out yet. The Mammoth is a vertical pellet smoker that will be released tomorrow (12/19/23). We’ll have full coverage of the new grill when it’s released.
