Retailing for $1,499, the dual fuel (wood and gas) oven can roast, smoke, steam or bake. The oven features:
- Temperatures up to 950 degrees F
- A digital thermometer and two meat probes
- Regulate the airflow by turning a knob
- 30mm double-layer stone floor and dense cavity insulation
- A steam injector to increase moisture in the oven
- A built-in accessory port for things like pellet fuel or cold smoking
- Ceramic bonded outer coating for use year-round
