Fire Magic from RH Peterson Co just released a new pizza oven that looks beautiful and has features to back up its good looks. For any luxury outdoor kitchen build, it’s worth considering.
With its 18″ x 18″ x 3/4″ cordierite pizza stone it will do a great job at retaining heat for pizza, but its also big enough to work as an outdoor oven. To add to its versatility it comes with an oven rack and the oven door is strong enough to hold 50 lbs.

Control
The Echelon Black Glass Pizza Oven follows this trend with a host of differentiating features. The most striking of which is the black glass control panel that gives a sleek look to the oven.
It’s a touchscreen to control the temperature and function of the oven. Unlike other pizza ovens where you have to guess the temperature based on the flame size, this one’s thermostatic, meaning you just set the temperature from 200 degrees F to 700 degrees F.
As if that dialing in a temperature isn’t easy enough, it also is will wirelessly communicate with your phone. This lets you control the oven remotely with Bluetooth.
Ignition
To make operating the pizza oven as easy and seamless as possible, Fire Magic also included an IPI Ignition. That means that a constant pilot isn’t necessary and the controller handles starting the oven.
