Outdoor Wok Category
It’s always exciting to see companies innovate and expand what you can cook outdoors. Some might initially scoff at the idea of a dedicated wok station, but it’s another tool, not unlike a griddle or pizza oven. Both of which have exploded in popularity over the past ten years.
A wok isn’t just for cooking Asian cuisine either, you can use it to cook a variety of food. It’s basically a big pan, so that means eggs, burgers, soups, fajitas, etc. It’s also great for steaming and deep frying.
My favorite part of cooking on an outdoor griddle is I cook a bunch of messy food on it and all that mess stays outside. Similarly, with an outdoor wok, you don’t have to worry about the mess of cooking with oils.
