Conair Acquires The Fulham Group – Maker of Cuisinart Outdoor Products

The storied hair appliance company, Conair, has has acquired The Fulham Group, the maker of Cuisinart Outdoor Products. It’s an acquisition that makes a lot of sense because it brings together an important part of Cuisinart.

Conair already owned the Cuisinart brand, which they acquired in 1989, so this acquisition adds on the design and distribution arm of Cuisinart’s outdoor cooking portfolio.
