Superior Equipment Solutions (SES) has announced that they have acquired premium pellet grill maker Memphis Grills. It fits into their other premium outdoor cooking brands, like Alfresco Open Air Culinary Systems.
Bringing Memphis Grills into our family is a great fit for our overall brand portfolio and state of the art factory’s production capabilities. Pellet Grilling is one of the fastest growing categories in the outdoor cooking arena and Memphis Grills has an excellent reputation for both quality and innovation. We look forward to bringing production back to the United States at our facility in California.

Memphis Grills first entered the premium pellet grill market in 2010 and are available throughout the US and Canada. They offer both built-in and standalone pellet grill models. Most recently they released the Memphis Elevate, which has a unique look and number of premium features.
The acquisition means big changes for the production and distribution side of the business. SES is going to bring production back to the US and consolidate it into their facilities. They also are going to transition distribution to their current Alfresco / Artisan distributor network.
