Gastronomy Plus has added another outdoor cooking brand to its portfolio. The UK based holding company has acquired outdoor pizza oven manufacturer DeliVita.
DeliVita is known for their igloo-shaped pizza ovens that are hand crafted in Yorkshire, England. They come in a variety of colors and fuel sources. They offer traditional wood fired ovens, dual-fuel, and full gas. They also offer a portable, gas-fired oven similar in size to the Gozney Roccbox or Ooni Koda.
With DeliVita’s strong retail presence and our expertise in the foodservice sector, we’re poised to spread the joy of DeliVita ovens to restaurants, pubs, and hotels nationwide and beyond. DeliVita will join Gastronomy Plus’s other complimentary brands including Sous Vide Tools, Bertha and Kasai. Sous Vide Tools, as you would expect, is a store for all things sous vide. Bertha on the other hand sells commercial charcoal fueled ovens, which have been a staple in kitchens and growing in popularity in residential. Finally, Kasai is a traditional Japanese-style grill brand.
