Two of Middleby’s brands are collaborating on a new grill offering. Their luxury outdoor kitchen brand Lynx is leveraging technology from Kamado Joe to bring the Lynx Professional Built-In Ceramic Charcoal Grill and Smoker to market.
The new grill will have three different grate levels to accommodate three different cooking methods. The top-level grate is for smoking, on the middle it’s all about roasting, and the lower-level grate is for searing. Like other Kamado-style cookers, temperature control is done through an adjustable tower vent.
To match a multitude of outdoor kitchens, the Lynx grill will be offered in two color options. You will be able to get it in matte gray or in gloss black.
The ceramic cooker can be built-in outdoor cabinetry or be installed in a cart option. It will be available in Q3 of 2024.
