We’ve been waiting for a new Grilla Grills release, and they didn’t disappoint. They launched the Grilla Grills Mammoth vertical smoker, which runs off pellets and offers tons of space for smoking.
Mammoth Vertical Smoker
Vertical smokers, or cabinet smokers, are great for smoking a ton of meat at once. The Mammoth is no different offering an incredible 1,660 square inches of space with its five included racks. Want more space? It can fit up to ten racks for up to double the cooking space. If you want to smoked sausage, or other meat that hangs, you can swap out the cooking racks for 24 S-hooks.

With the pellet firepot at the bottom of the grill, there’s a water pan directly above it to prevent direct heat and maintain moisture levels in the smoker. If you want extra smoke, you can also use wood chips in bottom of the smoker.

You really can’t go wrong with any of them, but the Grilla Grills Mammoth looks like it’s towards the head of the pack with it’s double walled construction.
