To showcase their array of brands, Middleby opened another residential showroom. Located in Suite 100 of the Chicago Merchandise Mart, it’s open to the public to visit. It makes four showrooms in total for Middleby, with the other three being in Dallas, NYC, and Southern California.

The showroom features all of Middleby’s outdoor cooking brands, including Viking, Lynx, EVO, Kamado Joe, Masterbuilt and Char-Griller. Despite being indoors, it can host grilling demonstrations.
