Big news out of Grilla Grills, they’ve refreshed their line-up of pellet grills with new controller and other little tweaks. It had been a while since Grilla Grills updated their pellet grills. They’ve released some new models, but they hadn’t done any refreshes in recent years.
The line-up has stayed the same, but the new version are identified with the 2.0 label. The only exception to that is they’ve released a larger version their Silverbac grill, and aptly named it the Silverbac XL.
Alpha Connect 2.0
The new Grilla controller on the new models is called Alpha Connect 2.0. It’s a big upgrade over their previous controller. It’s a WiFi connected controller that interfaces with the phone app.
Like most of the latest controllers, it has a capacitive touchscreen. The controller has two probe ports, so you can keep an eye on more food.
