Blaze is well-positioned in the outdoor kitchen segment of live-fire cooking. They offer quality grills at a price point that is a little cheaper than many of their competitors.

They’ve continued that value proposition in their newest grills for 2025. They updated their offerings in their popular LTE line with the LTE PRO Grill, LTE PRO Griddle, and LTE+ Griddle.

This new lineup is our boldest yet. We’re putting the power, control, and precision of commercial-grade grills and griddles right in your backyard. Blaze is all about pushing the limits of outdoor cooking, and these new products will make every outdoor gathering unforgettable

LTE Pro Grill

The LTE Pro Grill comes in two variations, a 32 inch four burner model or a 40 inch five burner model. Both also have a rear infrared burner to add some extra grilling ability. They also both can run on propane or natural gas.

It has three U-shaped burners that are 15,000 BTUs each, for three different cooking zones. The griddle top isn’t cold rolled steel like some less expensive brands, it uses stainless steel there too.

The griddle model has a digital display, just like the grill. The difference though is it gives a digital readout for each cooking zone and a temperature reading for three probes.

LTE+ Griddle

For a griddle that’s a little smaller, with a little less tech, Blaze released the LTE+ Griddle. It’s a two burner griddle that’s 30″ wide and retails for $2,299 (check price). Like the other models, it comes in either propane or natural gas variations.

The LTE+ has the same 8 mm thick steel griddle plate as the Pro model. It doesn’t have the digital temperature display though.

Can Be Stand-Alone

It’s worth noting that while Blaze is known for grills in outdoor kitchen builds, they don’t have to be built-in. They also offer their grills stand-alone in a cart. It’s a good option if you don’t have, or don’t want, a full outdoor kitchen but still want a really nice grill.
