Luxury grill maker Blaze has partnered with expert outdoor kitchen designers Urban Bonfire to release a new line of beautiful outdoor kitchen islands. There’s five different configurations to match different needs needs and budgets.
Configurations
While there are five different configurations, within each configuration there are also different size options. Each configuration comes with a Blaze Premium LTE+ gas grill. Below are the different configurations that were released.
- Sunrise – Basic design with a grill cabinet and a cabinet on each side
- Morning – Adds a refrigerator to the Sunrise
- High Noon – Swamps the refrigerator from the Morning design out for another cabinet
- Golden Hour – Swaps two cabinets in the High Noon out for a refrigerator and a sink
- Sunset – Keeps the sink from the Golden Hour, but swaps the refrigerator out for a cabinet
Kitchen Build
The Urban Bonfire cabinets are all made from marine grade aluminum with a powder coated finish. The counter is Dekton, which is sintered stone that’s created with a mix of quartz, porcelain, and glass. There are two cabinet color options and two counter finish options.
The outdoor kitchen islands come pre-fabricated and don’t require a contractor to install them. Keep in mind that the grill needs a 110V power source and possibly a gas line depending on the model, which may require professional installation. Urban Bonfire makes their entire product line in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Grill Features
The Blaze Premium LTE+ gas grill line has the high-end features you’d expect to go along with the luxury styling. It’s made from 304 stainless steel, which I feel like is essential for any outdoor kitchen.
The lid has a double-walled design to lock in heat and prevent the outside of the grill from changing colors from the heat. The lid is also spring assisted for easy opening and has an automatic light which is helpful after the sun sets.
For cooking performance, the each burner products 14,000 BTUs and a push-and-turn flame-thrower ignition. The flame-tamer system helps to minimize flare-ups and keeps heat even from corner to corner.

An outdoor kitchen is a big investment that you’ll have for a long time, so you may prefer to go through a local dealer. You can find dealers in your area through the locater on Blaze’s site.

Prices on the islands range from just over $14,000 for the Sunrise to about $20,000 for the Golden Hour. Keep in mind that if you don’t build your island against a wall, you also need to throw in back panels.
