Controller

Pellet grills are all about convenience, and this one is no different. It features Pitts & Spitts proprietary touchscreen controller, which finishes of the high-end look of the grill. It’s also a wireless controller, so it can be controlled remotely.

Cooking Innovation

The innovation doesn’t end with the controller, it’s also in the mechanical components of the grill. The HeatSpreader deflector plate, which sits over the pellet fire pot, is a proprietary design that promises even heating across the grill.

There’s also a trapdoor drip pan that gives direct access to the fire pot. This lets you direct heat sear on the grill for functionality beyond just smoking.

All that grilling and smoking throws off a bunch of grease. The grease catch bins and grease chute are removeable for easy cleaning, even in the dishwasher.

Made in the USA

Pitts & Spitts cookers all have high quality craftsmanship and material, but to top it all off they’re made in the USA. That’s a hard thing to find, especially in the grill industry.

Their cookers aren’t just assembled in the USA either. I’ve personally toured their facility in Houston, Texas and watched grills start as sheets of steel and craftsman form them into the finished product.
