Blackstone has evolved through the years to be more than just a griddle company. They have a variety of cooking tools including pizza ovens and pellet grills.
They also brought griddling indoors with their E-Series griddle, which is an electric griddle with up to two zones. This year they expanded the E-Series with the Pizza Oven / Air Fryer combo to add to what you can cook with in the kitchen.
The Pizza Oven / Air Fryer started off as a QVC exclusive at the beginning of the year. Since then, it’s expanded to being sold at multiple retailers and Blackstone’s website.
Features and Specs
The Pizza / Air Fryer combo is a nice addition to Blackstone’s E-Series line. It aesthetically matches the griddle, and also has easy touchscreen controls so you can keep an eye on temperature and time.

Cooking Versatility
I like that Blackstone combined a pizza oven with an air fryer for this product. There are other indoor pizza ovens on the market, but counter space is precious. It’s hard to devote some to just cooking pizza.
This combo cooker comes with a 14″ rotating steel pizza plate and a baking tray that doubles as an air fryer basket. That means you can cook a variety of food with it.
It has has a setting for frozen pizza, which is a nice addition to an indoor oven. While I like cooking homemade pizza as much as anyone, a quick frozen pizza sometimes gets the job done in a pinch.
